How much does the NeighborhoodIntel report cost?

$20 a month for unlimited reports, easily payable via Stripe, and there is no commitment, cancel easily anytime by accessing your account setting in your NeighborhoodIntel reports dashboard.

Is it a monthly contract or annual pricing?

Currently, the subscription is only offered through monthly commitment with auto renewal. No annual contract, cancel the auto renewal anytime.

Can I purchase a report à la carte?

We only offer a subscription base access to the NeighborhoodIntel report. The subscription agreement is month to month and can be canceled at any time to not renew the next month.

How hard is it to cancel?

The cancellation process is simple and quick. Once logged in, go to your account, and click “cancel subscription”. Whatever period you have paid up to will still be available, and upon your renewal your access will be suspended.

What is the cancelation policy?

You can cancel anytime before your monthly renewal date. If you cancel before the date you will still have access to the reports up until the renewal date. Please see the terms and conditions for further details on cancellation policy.

Can I still access the reports post cancellation?

The agent will no longer have access to generate new reports once their subscription has been canceled. This will remove rights to view previously pulled reports and/or regenerating reports to update the data. However, if the agent saved the report as a PDF they will have a static copy of the report.

Can I get a trial of the NeighborhoodIntel report?

A trial period is offered to new users. Your credit will not be charged until your trial has ended.

Yes, the report will allow you to add your professional information to the report. The feature includes the ability to:

What if I do not want to send a report with my brand. Can I choose for each report to include or not include?

While there is an option to turn off the personalization of the report, the activation toggle on the agent personalization feature affects all of a user's reports, including those reports previously shared.

Can I edit the colors to match my brokerage brand?

At this time we do not offer individual branding of the color palate.

Are the reports mobile friendly?

NeighborhoodIntel reports are designed to be shared on desktop or mobile.

Where is the NeighborhoodIntel report available?

The NeighborhoodIntel report is available in the US and Canada.

I’m not comfortable sharing a report with some of the data in the report. Can I customize the report?

Local Logic is rapidly working on this feature and is anticipating a release in the early 2024.

Does Local Logic support rural areas?

Local Logic is actively working to support rural communities. Data updates occur frequently. For further reference, we determine lack of data by the quantity of points of interest. After submitting an address to generate a report, if the return of points of interest is low or non-existent we will display a warning message to let you know. The maxim search boundaries is currently set to 10km (6.2 miles).

What defines the boundaries of a neighborhood?

Local Logic starts with nationally defined neighborhood boundaries. From there, the NeighborhoodIntel report returns a radius search up to 10km or 6.2 miles from the address of the home to assess the access to all daily needs. This includes points of interest (shopping, parks, groceries, nightlife), Character (Vibrancy, Quiet, Historic) and services (Schools, Transportation).

What are the definitions of the different housing types in the report?

• Single detached      detached homes

• Semi detached        attached homes (two homes sharing a single wall / townhomes)

• Plex                         2-4 units in the same building

• Apartment (small)    5-19 units in the same building

• Apartment (large)    20-50+ units in the same building

What if I can’t find my address?

First, if this is a new development, with new streets - we may not have coverage there yet. If not, please double-check the spelling, and try different variations of “Street” (St.) or “Avenue”(Ave) as well as any directional attributes (North, South, East, West, N, S, E, W). Sometimes you may need to try “8th Ave” instead of “8 avenue”. If none of that works and the auto-complete isn’t making a recommendation that works, please reach out to our Customer support team: support@locallogic.co with the address in question so we can investigate.

Unit numbers are not always supported in auto-complete. If you are unable to pull a report with a unit number and try removing the unit number from the address. If this does not work, please reach out to our customer service team: support@locallogic.co with the address and unit number in question so we can investigate

The demographic information displayed in the report is wrong. Where is this data coming from?

We source our data from a combination of open-data, exclusive partnerships and data vendors. Currently, the demographics section of the report shows data within a 5-minute walking distance from the location you entered. This explains why there might be a difference between what you expected to see for the neighborhood population and what’s actually presented. Our data scientists are working on expanding the radius to reflect the national set neighborhood boundaries in the near future.

I found discrepancies in the data. How do I report this information to have it corrected in the report.

While Local Logic frequently updates our data, discrepancies do occur. Reach out to our customer service team: support@locallogic.co to report any inaccuracies. When reaching out please include the address in question so we can investigate.

I submit an address in the search field and it looks as if a report is generating but then no report appears.

This is most likely due to your web browser blocking new tabs from opening. This can easily be addressed in your browser’s setting page by allowing the webpage to open a new tab.
